YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO A THING! - We do all the work. You are sent a report showing all the activity on your NSF checks by: e-mail, fax, regular mail or internet connection.

We give your bank a notice to send all of your NSF checks to our local processing center.
We give you a sign to post on your cash register that notifies the customer that if they give you a NSF check, their bank account will be ELECTRONICALLY debited to collect the amount of the check PLUS a "Processing Fee." The processing fee is regulated by State law.
When your bank sends us the NSF checks we will convert them to an ELECTRONIC transaction. We use the "routing" and "account" numbers on the bottom of the customers check.
NSF checks may be electronically presented one MORE time than standard check rules. (one paper, TWO electronic.)
Checks that cannot be recovered electronically (account closed, etc.) will be sent to a law firm that specializes in collections or we will return the uncollected checks to you for further action. It's your choice.
We will provide you with detailed reports showing the status of all your NSF checks. We will send you reports by: e-mail, fax, internet connection or regular mail.
